A progressive workout experience built around lifting, MetCons, HIIT, mobility and mixing in outside workouts you love - structured to build muscle, support fat loss, and protect your nervous system. Movement is intentionally designed to progress week over week and month over month. What makes it yours is how it's scheduled - mapped directly to your cycle so the right training lands on the right days for your body.

  • Progressive strength and conditioning 3-month blocks (2 total)

I've been in the fitness industry since 2012  - coaching over 1,500 women as a virtual trainer, group fitness instructor, nutrition coach, Director of Fitness, and General Manager.

For over a decade, I built everything on discipline, structure, and doing more: My career. My own fitness habits. My identity.

And honestly? It worked...until it didn't.

What looked like success on the outside felt like burnout, hormone chaos, and a body that was quietly waving a white flag.

I kept pushing. My body kept pushing back.

So I stopped fighting it.

I started learning what my body actually needed and built my training, nutrition, and daily life around that instead.

I felt more regulated. More consistent. More like myself than I had in years. And after everything my body had been through -
I got pregnant naturally at 36.
