I've been in the fitness industry since 2012 - coaching over 1,500 women as a virtual trainer, group fitness instructor, nutrition coach, Director of Fitness, and General Manager.
For over a decade, I built everything on discipline, structure, and doing more: My career. My own fitness habits. My identity.
And honestly? It worked...until it didn't.
What looked like success on the outside felt like burnout, hormone chaos, and a body that was quietly waving a white flag.
I kept pushing. My body kept pushing back.
So I stopped fighting it.
I started learning what my body actually needed and built my training, nutrition, and daily life around that instead.
Cycle syncing. Nervous system support. Actually listening.
Everything shifted.
I felt more regulated. More consistent. More like myself than I had in years. And after everything my body had been through -
I got pregnant naturally at 36.
That wasn't a coincidence.
That is what happens when your body finally feels safe.
I built Cycle-Synced Strength for the woman who's exhausted from forcing it - who knows something isn't working but doesn't know why. The woman who's done starting over and ready to finally feel what it's like when her body is with her, not against her.
That woman was me.
